Award Winner

Beverley won Prestige Awards' Couples Counselling Service of the Year, 2023/24.

Changing Seasons Counselling has always enjoyed helping couples to strengthen their relationships, by working with them to improve communication (especially where one or both partner is neurodivergent). Beverley has supported many couples during her long career as a Therapist, helping them with parenting, physical and emotional intimacy, trust, re-building the relationship after a betrayal, pre-marital counselling, and amicable divorcing. She believes that good listening, compromise, laughter, respect, and encouragement, are the vital components for a healthy relationship.

"I had never been in a situation where I was struggling so much, reaching out to Beverley was the best thing I could have done for myself. She never put pressure on me to talk about a situation I wasn’t comfortable with but guided me in a way which lead me to be open with how I was feeling. The skills she has taught me have left me in a much happier and healthy place.

I would highly recommend Beverley."

"Although sometimes it may feel as though there is no choice but to struggle on or that nobody understands your pain; together we will build a therapeutic relationship, and I can help you to re-gain some control into your life."
